Complaints/Concerns/Compliments

Feedback from you, our patients and families, is important to help us to understand, change and improve your experience at Concordia. Patients' stories remind us of the importance of seeing the 'person' in the patient and bringing patients' experience alive.

If you have a complaint or concern you can EITHER:

  • Ask to speak with the Program Director or Clinical Manager for the involved patient care area

OR

  • Contact the Executive Office by phone at 661-7108. The Executive Office is located in the area behind the switchboard on the main floor

We will take your concern and work with the staff to provide you with an answer or response in a timely manner.

As well, we would appreciate your compliments. Positive feedback helps clarify what we should keep doing to ensure expectations continue to be met. Your compliements are shared directly with staff and are also shared at our staff Town Hall meetings.
