Consent to Treatment

You may be asked to sign a consent for certain tests, procedures and/or treatments.

Before surgery, make sure you know the benefits and risks and understand these. This is called informed consent. If you need more information or have questions before surgery, talk to your Doctor. You have the right to refuse treatment but make sure you know what may happen if you make that choice.
