Family Medicine

The Family Medicine Program is situated on N2E and N3. The program provides a variety of services to patients with heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, respiratory conditions, and gastrointestinal conditions. The staff work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate support is available in the community for patients with chronic conditions.

A sub-acute Family Medicine Unit is located on N1N. This Unit provides care for patients who are no longer acute but still require 24 hour care and multi-disciplinary involvement in discharge planning.
