Fire Safety

Fire drills are held regularly to help prepare staff in how to care for the safety of patients' and visitors if and when a fire occurs. Please do not be alarmed when you hear the bells ring.

When you hear the fire alarm, the location will be announced over the public address system. All fire doors automatically close until there is an ALL CLEAR announcement on the public address system. Please remain where you are unless a staff member or the Fire Department directs you during a fire alarm.

Elevators are not to be used. Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the building.
