Human Resources works with all other departments to ensure that adequate human resources exist to provide quality patient care. Recruitment and Retention, Staffing, Payroll, and Labour Relation functions are the responsibility of this department. Patients are entitled to the best possible service from the staff at Concordia Hospital. Our mission is to enable staff to provide that service.
