Health Care Directives (Living Wills)

If you have a living will or Health Care Directive, please tell a member of the health care team when you are admitted.

If you should decide that you wish to make a Health Care Directive, please ask your Nurse or Social Worker (if one has been assigned) for the Manitoba Health Information Package which has been prepared to assist you.
