Patient Satisfaction Survey

Concordia Hospital is conducting a Patient Satisfaction Survey as part of our ongoing efforts to reach out to the people we serve and ensure that we provide the best care possible for all our patients, residents and clients. The survey will provide valuable insight into our services from a patient perspective and help guide us as we continue to work towards delivering quality services and safe care to our community.

The Patient Satisfaction Survey is being administered through Agility Metrics Inc., a Montreal based marketing and research firm that specializes in health care satisfaction measurement and evaluation.  Surveys will be randomly sent to clients or patients who have received care from Concordia Hospital.
