Visiting Hours
Visitors are welcome from 0800 to 2000 hours (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.). Special consideration will be given outside normal visiting hours for patients who are critically or terminally ill. If you are visiting a patient in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will need to report to the ICU waiting area to request permission to enter the unit.
- Only 2 visitors allowed at a time, please.
- Youths under 18 years of age require constant adult supervision while on site.
- Members of the clergy are not restricted to regular visiting hours.
- For your protection and that of other patients, visitors with a cold or other infection are discouraged from visiting.
- Patient washrooms are for patient use only. Visitors may use the public washrooms on the main floor or near the cafeteria on the ground floor.
- Visitors are welcome to assist with your feeding during meal times.
- Visitors are asked to wear appropriate clothing. Footwear must be worn at all times.
- This is a smoke-free facility. Patients and visitors are not permitted to smoke in the building.
- Wash your hands when entering or leaving the hospital. Bottles of alcohol based hand rub are located at entrances and throughout the facility for you to use.
- Guites are available at Concordia Village; 100-1125 Molson Avenue, for out of town visitors needing overnight accommodations.
