A specialized team will be looking after you while you are here. Everyone -- including your doctors, nurses, dietitians, social workers, housekeepers, pharmacists and volunteers -- contributes to your care and will do their best to make your experience as positive and comfortable as possible.

We will take the time to explain your care.
Whether you are admitted to hospital or visiting one of our clinics, we will explain what we are doing and why. If at any time you have questions about your care, please ask us. You can speak with your doctor or nurse, or any member of your care team. Every patient unit and clinic also has a manager or supervisor.

Help us keep you safe.
Your questions or comments about the care you receive helps us provide the best care possible. Questions can also help us see potential risk, errors or safety problems and correct them.
